It is anticipated that effective January, 2027, Attorney Dan Graves will be elected and serving as Franklin County Register of Probate. As a result, the law office will conclude practice in mid December, 2026 and is currently not accepting new clients other than residential real estate closings scheduled to close before December 31, 2026.

Other than certain wills, the office did not and does not retain originals during its practice. However, should you believe you have any original documents with the office, please reach out to coordinate the retrieval of the same. We will maintain files or file scans in accordance with applicable BBO Standards.

Over the past thirty years it has been an honest and absolute pleasure to work with so many incredible people, clients and colleagues, many whom have become like family. We have greatly appreciated the trust and confidence placed in us. We will miss many of our daily interactions but also will remain local and Dan looks forward to serving Franklin County in this new role .
